The
Bentham Bash! Sat 17th April: 2004
Just a line to say again how much we enjoyed both
your music and your company last Saturday. We couldn't have wished
for better, and the comments we've been receiving since have confirmed
my feeling that we couldn't have found better!
Thanks again to the four of you for making it a
special evening that passed all too quickly but will be remembered
by all for considerably longer.
With every good wish,
Keith and Mary H. |

Dear
Mike, Carolyn and all at Edge,
Sorry for the
delay in writing to thank you for a fabulous ceilidh at Wennington
Hall School. Everyone enjoyed the evening without a doubt and were
still talking about it days later.
The music was
fantastic and enjoyed by young and old alike. It was my first ceilidh
and I couldn't have wished for a better introduction, particularly
with the expert caller. It really was a huge success thanks to yourselves.
I am sure it won't be long before your services will be called for
again in Melling!
Thank you all
once again on Behalf of all who helped in organizing the event.
With very best
wishes
Josie

North
Pennine Highlights Tour : Autumn 2002
Dear Mike,
The shows went
really well and we had great feedback from promoters. Below
are a sample:
"Excellent band to dance and listen to. Easy and
friendly to deal with"
Witham Hall, Barnard
Castle
" Very merry ceilidh band, much enjoyed!"
Skirwith Social Hall
" Excellent, worked extremely hard and kept the evening going,
come again!"
St. John's Chapel
" A good evening - Mike soon had everyone up dancing - from
10 years old to
70+"
Shap Memorial Hall
Many thanks! Regards,

Dear
All.
Thank you for
your part in a wonderful 40th Birthday. All the folks
I have seen since said what a good time they had. I had a great
time myself, it all went by too quickly! See you for my 50th!

Dear
Mike,
Just wanted to
drop you and the band a quick note to thank you again for a great
gig at our conference last week. Everyone really enjoyed
themselves!
I'll be organizing
lots of similar events in the future and maybe next year sometime
we can do it all again!

Dear
Mike,
Just a wee note
to say thanks for you involvement in our 'Mad About Mountains' event
over June bank holiday. The addition of musical entertainment makes
a huge difference to any event. You even managed the sun to come
out which was quite amazing!
It was a pleasure
to work with Striding Edge again and I look forward to working with
you on further events.
Kind regards,
Iona Wilson, Events
